Pain is an intricate part of our human existence: no one is exempt. Instead of asking God to remove our pain, we need to start asking God to redeem our pain.
Depression has been called the “common cold of emotional illnesses.” Depression is a very painful, but treatable condition. Don’t suffer alone. Help is available and you can lead a normal productive life.
How long, O Lord? This is a question my heart has asked over and over – when my heart is breaking, when I feel defeated, when I just want answers.
