NO LIFE IS PAIN-FREE, BUT THERE IS HOPE.
Chronic pain equips us to care for, connect with, and walk alongside others so that none of us is isolated or alone. Pain opens the door to compassion. We will all suffer and experience pain, but we can rest in the confidence that God is allowing it for a greater purpose (Romans 8:28).

GOD’S LOVE AS THE ANTIDOTE TO SHAME
Shame tells us we are unworthy of being seen, known, or loved, but God’s love shatters the shackles of shame in chronic illness and pain.
Is trauma making every day difficult?
