Where is God in depression? David begins, “How long, Lord? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me?” Then he chooses trust.
What if instead of trying to get rid of anxiety we learn the strengths that come with it? I believed anxiety was a powerful enemy. I’m learning it’s a potential ally.
Let’s pause today and recognize being overwhelmed doesn’t mean we’re weak. It means we have given absolutely everything we’ve got. Now it’s time to give ourselves what we need too.
