Share Your Prayer Requests at the Prayer Pond

You’re invited to share your prayer requests in a judgment-free zone. While we love to pray for you by name, we’ve included an anonymous option because we understand that sometimes just the effort to share a request is vulnerable and hard.

At Chronic Joy®, we pray for you. We pray over every request. If you share your address with us (which is always kept confidential), we would love to send you a note of encouragement.

Before you leave the Prayer Pond, please #PrayItForward by lifting others’ requests. When you click the “I PRAYED FOR THIS” button, the requester will get an email saying, “Someone just prayed for you.” What an honor to love and serve one another in prayer!

Whenever we pray – on sleepless nights, in the heat of the day, or as dawn breaks on a new day, God will hear us.

Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud:  and he shall hear my voice. (Psalm 55:17)

You are a precious, vital member of the Kingdom of God and of this community. We’re glad you’re here. Grateful for your presence. Blessed to lift you in prayer.

You are invited to share your prayer requests and praises related to chronic illness to our Prayer Pond using the form below. Once your note is received, we will share it according to your instructions. Feel free visit us often and share updates!

I have been chronically ill for the past 5 years, learning to live with pain, exhaustion and anxiety. My daughter is 12 and has autism. She struggles in school and at home and I never have the energy to be the mom she needs me to be. I ask God to please strengthen me and continue to protect and guide my sweet little girl, especially as she begins to enter her teen years. I pray for freedom from the guilt as well.

I have neighbours above me who've been causing trouble and years of misery. I urgently need upstairs neighbours to stop their nasty behaviour towards me, for them to move out or I need a new permanent place to feel safe and to get well again . I can't take anymore misery or abuse. I think about ending my life because my hope, health, life, happiness, rest, peace and cat have been taken from me.

I just wanted to let you know I received the card from Cindee and Pamela regarding my prayer request... All that week, I knew God was working in me and working in my brother (whom I asked prayer for). I just wanted to thank you for the kindness and the prayers you prayed. I am so grateful for a place like this where I can go for prayer for mental health challenges and not feel judged. Thank you for reaching out to me and my family.

Please pray for me--I am feeling no purpose in this life even though I know many of the traditional Christian devotionals about chronic illness. Somehow it is not comforting right now to think of being so ill when so many around me are doing so much, accomplishing things, getting promotions, etc. I feel stuck in life. I am weary from feeling bad every day.

Just a follow up prayer request for my dear friend Scott...he goes to Mayo Clinic February 5 to evaluate for a possible heart transplant. And he goes to U of Iowa Hospital February 20 to evaluate for a possible lvad device, which would take over pumping blood if his heart stops. Please pray that he gets good news from the medical professionals. I feel like God has blessed me greatly in connecting me to Scott. He has swiftly found a special place in my heart. I hate the thought of losing him

I suffered a heart attack before Christmas, am 45 with 3 young children who need their Daddy. Life is currently upside down coming to terms with diagnosis of heart disease, please pray for me to find peace with this, and for God to keep me safe and heal me if it is His will.

Thank you for all your prayers. I am so much better! The doctor started me on a new medicine and it has helped so much. I am feeling like myself these days.
