Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
We are grateful for your purchase, so orders are generally shipped on the next business day for your convenience. To manage costs, we use the least expensive method of shipping (USPS flat rate), so shipping times may vary. To request an expedited order and a faster shipping method, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order on the same day as placed, because orders are generally shipped the next business day.
Please inform us of your decision by email email@example.com.
We will reimburse you within 14 days using the same means of payment as used when order was placed.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that your purchase was made in the last 14 days and that the product is in original packaging.
If your product was damaged in shipping, please send a photo and replacement request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt, so we can quickly provide replacement product.

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment.
If the product was marked as a gift when purchased, you may exchange product for one of equal value or the balance may be applied to a product of higher value. Once the returned product is received, your replacement will be mailed within two-business days.
