If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
We are grateful for your purchase, so orders are generally shipped on the next business day for your convenience. To manage costs, we use the least expensive method of shipping (USPS flat rate), so shipping times may vary. To request an expedited order and a faster shipping method, please email email@example.com.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order on the same day as placed, because orders are generally shipped the next business day.
Please inform us of your decision by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will reimburse you within 14 days using the same means of payment as used when order was placed.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that your purchase was made in the last 14 days and that the product is in original packaging.
If your product was damaged in shipping, please send a photo and replacement request to email@example.com within 2 days of receipt, so we can quickly provide replacement product.
