Imagine the leap in my heart as I was browsing the Printable pages on the Chronic Joy website and came across Wonder Walks – A Prayer Guide. The page begins by reminding us “All of creation pulses with God’s creativity.”
I have a goal of seeking to sense the sacred in the everyday, then write about my experiences (which are often expressed as poetry). This poem arose from a desire to listen better and sense God’s presence more deeply. It also stemmed from a reflective look at times when noticing has paid dividends for me in terms of heightened awareness of the sacred in my midst.
How we view ourselves and the way our life maps out is determined by what perspective we take. Our outlook on life and the mindset we have matters more than we often realize.
That I may know Him Was my heartfelt plea. Little did I know then What was in store for me. He gently took me by the hand and led me down a path I did not understand to show His plan for me.
